The Best Laid Plans

Have you ever planned something and had it not go your way?

It happens, so be it. I know a lot of people who think that if something does not go their way then they must quit trying, they must have done something wrong. When in reality the likely hood is that they just needed to work a little longer, try a little bit more, and not give up, maybe asking or looking for help or a coach was all that was needed to succeed?

I heard a story about a gold miner that quit just three feet from gold. It go's something like this
(as I remember it) , the man and a partner find a small deposit of gold, they took what they had and showed it to their family, the family gave them money to invest in new machines and find the big score. Well they did not get help, they did not ask questions of the people in the area, they just worked day in and day out. The result? (ZERO) nothing, so they thought that their plan for wealth was over and gave up, (it was). They sold their land and equipment to a local man and told him good luck there was nothing there.

So what did the new owner of the land do? Simple, he got help, he worked with a local Eng. who showed him that the gold vain was just 3 feet from where the original owners had stopped working. He worked with the Eng. and found that the land not only had gold, it had another valuable item and he became very wealthy.

Why? well he had a plan just like the original owners, however he consulted an expert in the area of his business and with his help and guidance he obtained his goals.

You can do this to!! How? it is simple, if you are married, first work out all your plans with your spouse and then consult a expert in the area. and no this does not apply to only business.

If your not married work out your plans and goals yourself.

Example:
Say you want to remodel your kitchen, and you know you can do it yourself. You know you can save thousands, but how. First get help, pay an expert to come in and help you design and layout your plan. Then you have the steps to your goals, and have backed them with with a source that has knowledge in the area you needed / wanted to get involved in.

Same with any Goal, consult someone who has done what you want to do, the point is to get help, to get coached, find a mentor, don't think that you have to do it alone.

Jesus even had help, correct?

So when you start to plan and set goals for what you dream to do and want to have, get help in laying out the details of the steps needed, and maybe you can avoid the old saying that always seems to follow a failure, the best laid plans of mice and men. (whatever that means) We just need to avoid it.

Remember that failure is an event, it is not you, you are not a failure unless to choose to be. The way you think and what you choose to think and do is what controls your world. Remember God Loves and cares for us all.

May your days be blessed and may the road rise up to meet you feet no matter how high you fly. Keep working toward your dreams, and never let another person option of you dictate who you are or what you become, be yourself.

Live, Laugh, Love

Live, Laugh, Love

This is one of my favorite saying, what does it mean to you?

To me, it is a reminder to Live everyday as it was your last, to enjoy the day and the people you have in your life, to do
to others what you would like to have done to you (golden rule).

To Laugh at everything I can, to enjoy the moments, take time to see the world have fun in your moments, laugh at yourself.
Remember, the more you laugh, the happier you are, I have never seen someone laugh and be sad at the same time.

Love, Love Life, Appreciate what you have, what you have yet to see, learn, to meet. Love that you awoke to the beauty of the
world. Be open to life, Love all, believe that you can in your heart do anything, Love yourself First, and share that Love with the World!

May you have a great day, may you be able to Live life to the fullest, Love with a full and open Heart, and Laugh at every chance.
